Wasabi Tei Japanese Cuisine

One of our favorite sushi bars in the city . The atmosphere is super cozy . The portions are huge, this is great value for money , especially the salmon sashimi and all donburi . Good house sake and tea .

Unajyu here is very delicious. My only prob is the rice texture. It's not like distinct pearls but rather mushy lumps. Sashimi slices are very thick but thick does not equate good. Good value though.

The portion is good, the food is good, the people there are good. The price for all these and for refillable drinks and soup with free fruits are really cheap , $48 for table of 2. :) ????????????????????

Wow!!!! Who would believe that on the 4th floor of a shopping center you would find a shashimi goldmine??!! Small and a bit difficult to find but well worth it. Only cash accepted. Please try it!

The Sashimi that they serve on their dish, comes in big and thick slices. Definitely worth it. And the layout of the place gives you a very Japanese feel.

Decent Japanese food in a small nook of Far East which serves thick, juicy slices of sashimi . Not the best but not too bad either. Also, their yellowtail sashimi is surprisingly good. Skip the udon .

Salmon Sashimi 's at $2 a slice here. But I love just how thick each slice is!

They only have 16 seats in the shop. Typical Japanese restaurant set up. Good food and you got to wait for your turn.

Cash-only place. Cheapest item $3 (eg. tamago/egg sushi ). There's also a standard $2 charge per seat (u choose tea , mineral water or canned drink). No GST, no svc charge

Sashimi set very value for money . Sashimi are REALLY thick and fresh! Potions are big! Very nice seaweed appetizer !

Still prefer the nazi chef 's portions and flavours. But serviceable jap place in far east plaza .

Try also the yellow tail fish cheek set. Comes with generous serving of salmon sashimi .
