This is a brilliant pub , one of the best in Bath - a fact recognised by CAMRA: it is a regular in their good beer guide, and a former Bath and Borders Pub Of The Year.
Charming little pub serving good quality ale . Nice place to kick back and take your time with a pint.
Oak panelled interior. A true heritage pub . Great real ales .
Tiny little pub in the centre. Some 'colourful' regulars, but a great selection of beers and ciders , as well as Belgian bottled ales .
Try on a Sunday afternoon. Walked in here on a Sunday after a long flight from the U.S. and they greeted us with warmth and terrific free food.
If you are a real cider fan i recomend you try the guest Scrumpy's theyre all well worth it especially the Old Rosie
Great pub for those who like their ale . Would also agree that the pitchfork is well worth a try.

Deerstalker pie with red wine and thyme is out of this world. Malt vinegar with the gravy for the chips works great. - J L
