Pizza Hut

Customers are leaving because they could not get waiter/waitress to place their order. Food serving is also taking very long on a non peak hour weekdays. Food serving average time 30mins and above.

I got a feeling this place is gonna end up having the same fate as their branch at OUG Plaza . The only difference is the service at their OUG branch was actually pretty decent unlike here. ????

Service become good ????

I was told by the Pizza Hut hotline that the pizza came from this Kuchai Lama outlet. They are slow in delivery and also got my order wrong. Bad service!

Customer will always right. Ask the Manager if you having problems. :D

Delivery service is terrible! It is 25 minutes late even at 3:45 PM when it is not peak period then. Manager supposed to call me but did not. Better go with Domino's if you can.
