Indeed it has the best chicken KFC has to offer here. If not mistaken this outlet during 1990s even won USD1,000,000 for serving the best tasting chicken .

Dine in service not bad. No complaint. However, for drive through make sure u check if they include the sauce and spoon coz i didn't get mine!

KFC Tuesday treat : Get 25% off for snack plate. Bring a jacket , very cold here. :)

The drumsticks are a little bit too small and the air condition is great.

The best KFC franchise in KL so far. Open 24 hours . Free wifi , maybank ATM inside.

Drive thru order taker: Efi. Please do not roster Efi there anymore. Her ill-mannered, rude, nonchalantly taking orders & poor product knowledge is an embarrassment to KFC.

Service is fast and friendly and I'm very much pleased. The bad side is the hygience of the toilet which is smelly and dirty . Environment is pleasant if ignoring the mild traces of flies.

The toilet here smells like public toilet u go at petrol station; smelly, floor all wet. Air conditioner is too cold here. But plenty of parking at the back.

This branch not bad, we came at 2am on a big group of ppl, the service is still fast =)

Worst KFC in KL. staffs have no idea what they have on their menu. Not to mention, nothing on the menu is available at midnight except fried chicken . Oh ya, it's leftover from dinner , soggy chicken

A lot of patrons during peak hour so be patience....

Chicken is small and salty, order big size wedges become mini size , no chili sauce provided, no handsoap.

Lite zinger . ..rm3 only but damn tiny...I could finish it with 1 bite only!

Staffs are great, but the flies, rotten-smell trays, broken sauce dispencer and smelly toilet will overshadow the merits here.

No tangy crunch at this hour....tangy crunch stopped at 10pm.

Rotten smell on their food trays; cabbage used for coleslaw is not fresh, thus hard to chew; chicken is tiny; staff service is great by a middle aged Chinese woman.

There is no Zinger there is no mashed potato . Newbie staffs are polite but the superiors are like bitches that need some spanking. Seriously wtf. Lazy muthafukas.

Sat under the air con.. Was supper duper cold!!! Not bad..

Poorest service of KFC. Not enough staff , not enough chicken prepared. Waited 45 minutes in the Q, if can't handle such big outlet. Close it down please.

Dirtiest KFC that I've ever been to! Chairs and tables are oily, tissues are thrown all over the floor..

This KFC is really dirty ! Table and chairs are sticky and oily but workers never bother to clean them!

The night shift service is terrible! I que up for 30 minutes! 10 customers waiting but only 1 counter!
