Must have’s: Truffle shao Long Bao , roasted pig , taro turnip are superb, skip the wagyu beef , and if you want to splurge and go Big: save room for the Lobster Truffle specialty dim sum .
Great dim sum , a level above many places. Get the pork & black truffle dumplings for the taste, so good. And the baked BBQ Pork buns . Get the lobster dumpling for a work of art .
Their 'style' of sweet & sour pork (deconstructed) is excellent. Also recommend the shrimp and termite mushroom rice , and anything else with mushrooms or fungus.
One of my favorite dim sum spots, and dinner venue. With good food, attentive servers and amazing service.
Dim sum are delicious, the environment is relaxing, and the staff are nice~
There is a special promotion every year around summer time and dozen kinds of wild mushrooms are available. Chef Chan is one of the celebrity chefs in Hong Kong.
