One Michelin star restaurant with a very nice setting. Make reservations beforehand! The goose was very nice and the service was quite nice.

Hotpot . Lamb is better than beef as it's more flavoursome. Portions are somewhat small, but quality ok.

現地ガイドの方の紹介で予約してもらい訪れたのですが、日本だったらミシュラン2つ星レストラン はかなり敷居が高いと思われます。熱した紹興酒で調理したエビ から始まって、「金賞」料理のオリジナル焼そば や絶品マンゴープリン までついたコース には、かなりの満足感がありました。またザ・ロイヤル・ガーデンというホテル の中にあるということで、香港の喧騒からしばし離れることのできる、落ち着いた空間でした。
