Got the tasting menu and loved everything, especially the steamed flowery crab with shaoxing wine & chicken oil . Portion’s a lil small for 7 but that sauce was so fucking good I just drank it

Katrina

Great place to bring visitors for an unique Chinese food experience. Not your typical Chinese restaurant . Modern, Chic , high end . House special is the Crab in wine with clear noodles .

Alex Novak

Spare ribs , pork cakes , soy chicken , clams with spicy jam all worth ordering!

NecesCity Hong Kong

You can even have the Chairman's soy sauce chicken , a finger-lickingly good dish with plenty of spicy sweetness, and wash it all down with fiery Chinese rice wine . It's awesome!!! Read more

Wild clams stir-fried w/ chili jam & basil . Pan-fried minced pork cakes with salted fish . Braised spare ribs with preserved plums in caramelized black vinegar. Chairman's soy sauce chicken is so-so.

Incredible Cantonese dishes from locally sourced ingredients - a must when visiting Hong Kong!

Matt Ta-Min

Excellent Cantonese good with excellent service. Crab in rice wine was good, but the ox tail in a deep tomato sauce was completely amazing.

John Chang

Excellent service ! Braised pork was sweet-and-sour style, a bit sweet for my liking. But would come here again to try something else.

Angela Liu

Well executed traditional chinese - nothing fancy but everything was done just on point!

The msg- and additive-free Cantonese cuisine here made it the winner of the 2013 Foodie Forks Legendary Local Food, Editor's Choice. Congrats to the team at The Chairman!

Corkage is 100 hkd per bottle with no bottle limit. Definitely order the crab and the steamed razor clams

Had the braised short rib as my main and the minced pork with salted fish as an appetizer and it was tasty highly recommend

The Chairman isn't a vegetarian restaurant but it had a wide array of vegetarian dishes on the menu. Come here if you like Cantonese food , home-cooked style!

Bryan Koo

During my most recent visit, my group wasn't as impressed as we had been in the past: the crab in Chinese wine was HK$1,400 (one crab ) - tasty but pricey . Other dishes are ordinary. Tiny portions.

Max Lmn

They have set menus which isn't common for chinese restaurants . Beautiful place and great seafood .

The drunken flower crab is their signature dish, but expensive and actually not very special!

Kelly Lee

Love the ice cream they made here. Very unique flavor

It was very expensive .. Good food but overpriced. Ambience is not that great either

I found the razor clams here to be pretty good. Everything else was too small in portions and overpriced.

Bon rapport qualité/prix au déjeuner . Le service est attentionné. Je recommande le poulet à la sauce soja .
