Park on the garage otherwise it will be a long walk. Ask for a room by the elevator otherwise you will be running a 1/2 marathon.

Nice fresh clean room ! Love that they are pet friendly . The only thing I wish I could change is the fact that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Everything else has been great..!

To get to DC take a taxi to the Vienna DC Metro station on the Orange line . Save about $25 bux and half an hour drive time in a taxi . Pick up another cab in Vienna coming back.

The hotel shuttle is supposed to run every half hour. From the hotel maybe it's on time. But waiting for it at the airport can sometimes take an hour. It gets packed, so make sure you get on...

Nice for an airport hotel . Be sure you reserve your airport shuttle service with the front desk!

Very different design but has had some recent upgrades like keyless entry which make life very convenient

Nice at the end of a long day, but pretty tired property. The Brady Bunch called and they want their silver and gold bath fixtures back. Must have been something back in Reagan and Maggie Thatcher day

Everything was great except room serivce came in 5 minutes and felt like it was 2 minutes cooked and 3 minutes for delivery .

Great hotel ... rooms are nice, staff is as well . My only complaint is the food in the bar . It's very bland.

Even though most of the rooms are non-smoking, some are. Make sure to request to be away from those as even the non-smoking rooms can smell like a pool hall .

Decent room - the flat screen with channel selectable inputs is a plus. Bathroom 's all tile and marble . Has a dual shower w/ rain head. Only complaint : a bit of mildew in the shower .

Pretty typical airport Hilton - crazy layout though. You have to drive the entire length of the hotel parking lot before you get to the "front", which you won't see until you are right there.

Walked in with the family now and no bell boy had to carry our own luggage to the room sobmuch for my gold membership

The connecting rooms are really noisy ; I can hear everything people in the other room said.

Make sure you bring your ID to the concierge lounge if you look under 40, and better yet, make sure its not expired or they won't serve you at all. I was born in the 70's really?

The fish tacos are tasty but they fall apart .

Location is great.

The wireless internet is very slow. So used the wired internet (when it works) it is much faster.

To pick up the shuttle , walk to the second curb and wait at 2H.

The chicken wrap at the cardinal lounge it tasty!

Executive lounge food better than most. Nearly can call it edible

Room is half 1980 and half 2017, weird. Overall, not a bad hotel , just not a great one.

Aircon was very noisy . Bathroom sink wss new but not the bathtub. Overall, scruffy.

Been staying for years. Service is going down. Leaky showers poor breakfast and lack of English speaking workers that can't be bothered to say hello. Staying elsewhere next time.

Don't not use the transportation company with the stand in the lobby. Twice I've made reservations and they disappear. Front desk says "I don't know what happened" each time. FAIL.

It is NOT a good student group hotel !!

I would not recomend staying here. Service is poor. They do little to fix problems (multiple). The rooms are poorly laid out and misrepresented on the web. No water or fridge in room

Parking is great here for making a trip

Park here. Cheaper than Washington flyer taxi . $8/day.

There is a shuttle from the airport . Only runs every 30 minutes though.

Had to change rooms twice... First one had toenails all over the floor and hair all in the bed the second had sticky stuff all over the tables in room and bathroom was nasty...

The steak salad is delicious!

Only pet-friendly to an extent. Dogs are not allowed in the Executive Lounge .

Unacceptable room just because we were sent here by the airline .

No bottled water in the room. Sounds like water running in the pipes all night long. Like someone is showering .
