Some of the best service I have ever gotten at a hotel . Front desk was great, shuttle was amazing, and the free cookies sitting next to the free coffee and tea...epic!

This place is really nice at Christmas , all decorated and a gas fireplace in the lobby:) They also have a lending library .

I think this is a hidden gem . Not many people seem to crowd this hotel . There's a Chili 's right next door, and a Starbucks across the street

Hope this is a fluke, but I was promised a shuttle pickup 15 minutes from BWI Amtrak station. Two calls and 45 minutes later it arrived.

Not the cleanest hotel . Toothpaste in the sink, rag from previous guest on the shower rod. #notgood

Don't order delivery from mama mia pizza . They messed up our order then told us we were wrong and hung up on us when we called to get it fixed. Unbelievably rude
