Stayed overnight before our trip to Puerto Rico due to weather concerns. Parked in their lot for 10 days! Door to door pickup & drop-off shuttle service was superb... 10 minutes tops!
Extremely impressed with the staff , facility and room decor. Hands down the nicest hotel I have stayed at for the price.
Beware of the workout facilities . They are super nice but the cleaning staff has a room across the hall and they will stare at you while you workout. So uncomfortable.

Not happy. Pretty much had to instruct the manager(Michael) on his housekeeping crew's responsiblities. Unhappy with the service n the accommodations that were thrown at me with smirks of amusement.
It's an ok hotel guess i caught them at a bad timing their doing renovations... the worst hilton I've stayed too. Some staff are nice others are down right RUDE
Have shuttle take you to G&M for crabcakes . Order the sandwhich for better value and same portion
