Upon request Joseph (restaurant ) made me a green superfood drink : kale , spinach , green apple pineapple , carrot that was excellent. I will get it every time I am here. Thank you!

One of the hotel that you want to stay esp your in Baltimore area. Managers/Front Desk/ Servers are the Best. Its a little hidden from the main street but the service is exceptional.

Fantastic airport hotel experience! I forgot I was 4 minutes away from BWI. Great bed, great bathroom , great restaurant and great location. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly , professional and run the place like a family business , making you feel at home. Shuttle runs promptly, be sure to be downstairs on time if catching an early morning flight!

Beautiful Indian wedding here tonight- zen garden is blooming. My room is quiet and comfy . Best Westin gym ! Love this place!

Nice Westin . Ate at the bar and had the Calamari with Lemongrass sauce. Followed by the Crab Bisque . Both deeelish!!!

There's a nice outdoor sitting area just outside the front door and to the left. Very quiet . A nice place to relax .

Nice happy hour with fruit and cheese ..and booze of course. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub .

Excellent facility & super close to BWI. Pool & spa are accessible w/lifts & a lifeguard !

A lifeguard is always on duty in the pool area , which causes the pool hours to be somewhat funky. Check posted hours outside the pool area for specific times.

Brad was awesome. He was the first face I saw when entering the hotel . Very friendly .

You can choose to eat breakfast downstairs for free (omelet bar ) if you are platinum , just ask the front desk when you check in

The pool is 50 feet, which is 2/3 the length of a standard competition pool. Just long enough to be suitable for lap swimming !

Phenomenal place to have an event or wedding. AbsoluteEntertainment.com loves to work here! The professionalism is extraordinary!

Check in time is 3, but don't expect your room to be ready! Sitting here waiting in the lobby for almost an hour now!

Very short stay and it was very nice.

My wake call was a real person- offered the weather and an 15 minute follow up call.... Wow

Awesome hotel and restaurant .

Don't use the taxi car service from George. He's the guy with the earphone lurking around in the lobby in the mornings. He over charges ($$$) is rude and only drives you if he chooses.

Executive Club Lounge is nice perk. Fran is a great host!

Heavenly Shower Head and Heavenly Beds. Get ready for an amazing rest

Jamaican dude that works night shift at the bar is rude all the freaking time. I guess he hates his job or hates airline crews.

Not super impressed. Didn't bring our order in breakfast until 35 minutes late and I had to call.

Most hotels automatically replace an empty roll of toilet paper. Not this one; that takes a call to the concierge . Never again.

Wireless internet is non existent - even though they charge for it! <0.15mpbs?!

No free wifi !

Don't order the calamari from room service .

Take advantage of the free airport shuttle.

Staff is super incompetent. As a Platnium I would never stay here ever.

The "not free breakfast " is too expensive .
