Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI

Friendly front desk and restaurant staff . General Manager was very social. Food was acceptable but very creative. Chef needs to go easy on sauces. Clean comfortable beds and room. Close to airport .

Us Flight Attendants stay in a LOT of hotels - got rescheduled in this (not our usual) BWI hotel & I must say that the staff was TRULY Accommodating & exceptionally Friendly !!!

Great hotel . Great service. The restaurant is not an "airport hotel restaurant ". It's excellent with a diverse menu and nice service. Tons of free parking . Crabcakes are ok---lots of filler.

Get breakfast buffet for only $5 if Sheraton loyalty member. Convenient if you have an early flight out of BWI. Park & ride fare is very reasonable.

Very outdated hotel . Slow checkin, followed by malfunctioning room key. The saving grace is that they have a jar at front desk, and you get a random prize (drink/extra points/etc).

Best crab cakes around anywhere! Awesome happy hours from 12-7pm with $3 drafts, $3 domestic bottles ! Great sleeping rooms and amazing staff to welcome you.

Funky pool hours due to local law that requires lifeguard. Plan accordingly.

This place just lost a loyal Gold member! I prepaid for a suite & got a regular room & the door wouldn't lock! Manager LIED that the door worked - even after his own engineer dept came & fixed it.

I was told I was "upgraded" from a suite to a regular room - what kind of upgrade us that? Just because there's free coffee on this floor does not make it an upgrade! Corporate office called with my

My complaints and they couldn't have cared less! Sheraton can kiss my ass - they've lost my business completely. I'll take my elite status to another hotel brand

Complete dump , no parking , dirty rooms with broken beds and the bathroom handle fell off the door.

Stay at the Westin across the street.

Jason and Mila are great bar tenders and fun to talk to.

Rudest staff . Stay AWAY! Shuttle is a joke after waiting an hr at airport in freezing temps had to take taxi . morning shuttle left early as well . Room had complimentary half drank bottles of h20.

I will not stay here again.

Less expensive BWI parking here, prepaid at front desk or online, plus hotel shuttle

Club Lounge not open tonight (Sunday) even though Sheraton Corporate changed this policy in April. And Club fridge empty most of stay--what's the point?!

If you are a Platinum Member, you are better off staying across the street at Westin or a Marriott. The management here doesn't follow SPG rules.

No free wifi which is standard in every other hotels in the airport area! service is mega lousy!

Food here is bland as hell. No bueno.
