My most fave hotel in da area. Swanky hotel with cool rooms, close to everything and has a cool bar to enjoy a cold one ese ????

Nice, trendy hotel . The "high speed" Internet access is in the eyes of the beholder. It is slooooow. Friendly staff as well .

Cool concept from W hotels , probably would have loved it a year ago, but seems they need to work on their upkeep. The accents and decor looked worn. A comfortable stay, just overpriced for what it is.

They dropped the ball on sending the airport shuttle to get picked up. Took an hour to reach hotel . Did get alcoholic compensation, so they did the right thing. Rooms are nice to Aloft standards.

Rooms are nice. Bar is VERY expensive (6 for beer and 10 for mixed drinks Dont get a room facing courtyard - at night when people are out there you can hear EVERY word they say (even on 4th floor).

If you are going to hold wine tastings please extend your wine collection beyond California wines

Don't worry if you didn't bring cables for your electronics . They have some AND you can connect most devices to the room. Cool place!

Hotel is going down hill . Not sure I’ll stay here again, better and newer options all around.

Literally spent the 2 worst nights of my life there. If you do get a room make sure you don't get one on the courtyard side. Don't expect any healthy food on the menu either.

Make sure to bring your iPod to the fitness center , all of the cardio equipment have iPod connectors

Follow up to previous tip... Shuttle service is terrible. Made reservation to go back to airport . Driver was still 30 minutes late. What's the point of a reservation ?

Love that they offer complimentary bottled water.

Don't stay here. They charge to use Starwood points. If you HAVE to stay here don't stay in 101. No wifi , very little water pressure. Staff not into customer service.

Try the cupcakes in the re:fuel lounge . Good stuff.

This place focused too much on appearances, which took away from the quality. It had too much of a dorm feel instead of that of a high-end hotel . There were stink bugs , ants , and flying cockroaches.

This place is a piece of crap. There are always problems and the staff is so nonchalant about the problems. Half the phones don't work there
