Nice and clean rooms ! We booked our room with booking.com just an hour before we checked in and got a really good price. So all in all - Thumbs up!!
Big time thumbs up from me. Newly renovated rooms are great, food is good, beer selection is on point, and everyone who works here is terrifically kind and helpful. Impressed!
If you are a business traveler who comes to DFW often, speak to Rachel at this hotel to set up a corporate account! EXCELLENT SERVICE and reasonable rates . The club lounge at the hotel is also excep
Amazing upgrade to hotel . Has 2 bars , great meeting rooms, hotel rooms are nice and executive floor break room is awesome.
Great hotel and free shuttle to airport every 30 minutes non-stop. I had bad luck with a couple doing all night long in a room next to me.
You can reserve parking here by the day for like $3.60 a day vesrse the $8.00 a day at the airport . I think it was at www.globalparking.com. Shuttle takes you to the airport , well worth it.
It can get pretty disorganized and crazy, though there is friendly staff and lots of restaurants and stores. BTW, it is enormous!
Want a view of the runways? Ask for an even-numbered room.
Cab from airport (5 minutes ride) costs 26$. Don't miss courtesy shuttle , it goes till 10 p.m.
Fun bar with shuffleboard , foosball and pool!
Staff is great, exceptional service and accommodations.
Sheraton club is back behind the restaurant with and open bar !!!
The wifi is slower than the 3G on my phone.
Craft beer selection for Summer 2014- awesome.
Kudos to the chef at the hotel restaurant : mind blown.
Great customer service. Clean rooms . Free Wifi for corporate travelers.
Lack of outlets, WiFi only 3Mbps or 6Mbps "Premium", rooms dirty and outdated, bugs and sewer smell in bathroom of first room, dirty sheets in second. Most staff were friendly and food was excellent.
Don't park by the bushes...Rogue Cats will randomly pop out and hiss at you...
Very friendly staff
Absolutely unreasonable. I attended a SOCIAL MEDIA seminar there...and they wouldn't provide us with wifi...that wasn't the smartest play.
Club lounge remodeling started August 2014

Rooms stink bad... Smoke one day one and now day two smells like pure sewer and shit. Toilets don't flush at all (goes round and round) and bathtub doesn't drain. Asthma and allergy sufferers beware!
Just like Philly. Watch out for hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub. Unacceptable. Makes you wonder what else isn't clean .
Avoid the restaurant , especially dinner . The free breakfast is alright, but don't get your standards too high.
Everything is bright and clean .
The Wifi is really, really slow.
Agreed. Coffee here stinks. Great gym , though.
Vet bad Verizon 4G LTE reception
Great customer service!
Super bright and airy lobby, awful coffee
Room stinks of staleness and smoke. Bring febreze.
No free internet in my room......is there a dislike button on here?
WORST customer service! It's absurd!
Room stinks . Smells like smoke. Terribly disappointing.
The Dallas Dance Festival is held here every year in November... Many dancers come from all over the world to compete!! - Juan Barraza
The restaurant is great! Nice waiters, awesome burgers, and a nice atmosphere! Ask for Philippe if you can - Victoria S.
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. They accommodated my sister and my needs with great willingness and ease. Their staff was wonderful -- from the man at check-in to the server at the restaurant. - Social News Network
Excellent menu--wine & beer selection is stellar. Food is top quality, should be viewed as a destination restaurant. Complimentary coffee in the bar area in the AM. - Michelle Kappel
