If you've ever been to a club internationally you'll be disappointed. There is Sam Adams on tap but you will have more of a food selection on the plane so don't fill up on crackers !
Contrary to another tip for this United Club (by Gate C7), there is way more to eat here than “crackers .” There is a small salad bar , hot soup , cheese , spreads, dips , brownies , bananas , and more.
Lots of places to charge your phone and updated decor.
Packaged snacks on my visit included rice crispy treats , fruit , yogurt , breakfast burrito , pretzels , cereal, and hardboiled eggs . There was a coffee machine and soda machine along with a full bar .

The house sparkling wine is a good prosecco is good... And it's free. Oh and avoid the clam chowder . ????
Nice space to escape the terminal but not many snacks beyond cheese and crackers . Nothing like Star Alliance International lounges I've seen.
Popular with blue tooth, belt clip and tassel enthusiasts.
The bathrooms are hard to find, and once you do, you'll think 2x about using them. Fixtures are either old, non-functioning, or in use. These are a noticeable sore spot in an otherwise adequate club.
Yes this airport club is so packed and thanks the merger for no room to relax in a space paid for by us pax..!
Seats ste comfortable and wifi is good. Food choice is spartan.
As not only a first class passenger, a gold silver alliance member and a paying patron of the presidents club the agents still harass me and treat me like scum.
If u are hungry try some potbelly... Yummy sandwiches , salad , soups and even ice cream ...You also have starbucks close by...
Nicely renovated. (Many photos posted here are old.)
This lounge is nicer than the one in Concourse D and makes for some interesting people watching .
Better than the C17 club, but still pretty sorry.
Always out of something. Today it is cream cheese maybe a different person orders the bagels .
Very convenient service desk for a quick flight check as you walk in.
The crackers are amazing! Stained furniture really adds character. Great lounge in our Nation's capitol. Classy !
This lounge closes at 10pm(bar stops serving at 9:45pm). The lounge at C17 closes at 9:30.
One of the few US lounges that allow guests to get a coke from a frig. Toilet facilities are poor! Don't enjoy the drinks too much or that positive will force you to discover the great negative here.
Your not allowed to bring food in but they also don't provide food for you. Free wifi is nice and free alcohol
They keep Coke Zero in stock. It's worth the entry fee if you aren't already in for free.
I have to say it has improved.....not a lot..but it is better since the merger. They still have a long way to go to catch up with foreign airlines business class lounges .
Suddenly its $3 for a draft beer ! Only Coors light is complimentary now.
The high back chairs could use cleaning , but beats the seating at the gate. WiFi much better than the free airport WiFi as well .
Free alcohol ...if you want Bud Lite! Hope they adopt the wider choice of President Club lounges in the future!
Very nice. Enjoyed the wifi and quiet place to sit
Nicer than many domestic United Clubs. Good selection of soda and juice .
Wow, quiet , good drinks, comfortable chairs ...why get
Watch out for the mean woman downstairs who will kick you out if she sees 'outside food'
Poor food options and drinking charges... it’s a place to relax and run from regular airport chaos...
They don't accept Priority Pass Members and United Mileage Plus of foreign credit cards neither.
Priority Pass members can get in for domestic flights
Coffee/Speciality machine isn't stocked beyond coffee and the only soda they offer is mellow yellow.
Great burritos at California Tortillia - next to gate C-19
Priority pass select (the one given with Amex platinum ) not accepted here, or any other United Club.
Seriously I like vino volo by C3 better than the lounge , even tho you have to pay for your drinks. Not as many people on their phone for sure.
If you don't get it free, then it's not worth paying for. They want to charge you $50 for the "privilege" of coming in, but for what? You can't even bring any food in yet they only offer nibbles.
Nice lounge with not too many people.
As others have said, a standard United Club. Sadly, using plastic and polystyrene cups. The place also smells of sick. On the plus side, very large seating areas and a sizeable cubicle area.
They now serve free alcohol which makes the layovers go a lot faster;)
Love how the club is downstairs and not upstairs like most of them
There's kavkalash and crab juice !
Best place...while waiting tek tok
Step yo game up
They don't let you bring in outside food (read: Wendy's)
Standard United lounge - if flying from C gates then this is the one to use. Star Alliance Gold required
Needs an upgrade.....but more quiet than the main hallways!
The nicest of the three in IAD.
Since the merger flights are full- take early AM or late flights for more room. - Carrie J
Fast and efficient! So much better than the people movers. - Gary Barrett
At the time, the didn't have any sandwiches or warming options available. Located in the hotel. My drink was awesome though. - Jasmine O'Conner
