Since the merger flights are full- take early AM or late flights for more room.

Good customer service ok let's think about this passenger comes screaming and accusing you of something you no control over and you should make and be happy RIGHT!

If your flight is ever canceled, call United on the phone to rebook it before you stand in line . Also, sometimes United flights might be hard to rebook, so ask that they put on Delta.

When you get in line , even if it's short , give United Reservations a call at 1-800-UNITED-1

Pay more for diff airline . This is the worst ever. I am driving if United is my option in future.

Don't fly United .

United sucks point blank. Most of their people are just plain rude and have no sympathy. I never have luck flying with them.

They could care less about customer service so don't expect much help.
