It gets packed so try off-peak hours
Small gym , lots of treadmills and very nice changing facilities. Not much free workout space.
The steam room and sauna ???? Entrance is via locker rooms .
Come and train with me if you need some fresh ideas and want to be put through your paces ;-)
Try a kettlebell session for an effective and explosive workout!
