A beautiful hotel in a great location of Chiang Mai. The breakfast selection could be better and the service a little more consistent. However, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

Get a Deluxe room on an upper floor to get a view of the Mae Ping river . Definitely do high tea which takes place everyday from 3-6 pm.

GHM hotels do it again! It is my second Chedi hotel ... The same trademark of luxury - tasty NOT gaudy; a superb attention to details! the staff is sooooo friendly & welcoming, you won't want to leave.

To the staff , all know what they were doing.. & I didn't speak to the same person more than twice. Well coordinated & strong operation & service. 180 staff for an 84 room hotel does mean great service

Beautiful resort , located right beside the Ping river . Service is top notch. The pool, which is very long, is great for swimming . Breakfast is amazing and one of the highlights here.

Afternoon tea is awesome here and well priced. If there is 4 ppl only order the full tea for 2 and then order 2 more pots if tea as there is a ton of food.

Simply perfect. Go play chess each day around 4 and listen to the music....also for fans of breakfast , you've arrived.

Try out the hotel 's yoga classes--an excellent thing to unwind with after a tiring day of touring or doing business.

Afternoon tea tip for scones - ask for baking scones till the point that it rises but not even turning brown on the side. Otherwise, it will be brown biscuit like in the picture (even already asked)

Get a table by the river and enjoy excellent scones for afternoon tea .

The hotel is good, but they charged once again our credit card even saying that we had fulled payied in advance. Also, they took a photo of us on check-in for security.

Afternoon tea is quite ok. But ask waitstaff to bring scones later if you gonna have savory bites first. Otherwise your scones will be cold tastes and (looks) like Biscuits . It'll take 15 mins.

El hotel mola pero a toda la comida le tienen que poner algo picante o algo con salsa . Mejor si lo pusieran como lo clientes piden. También me encanta la piscina .
