Always relatively empty so easy to slip in a quick workout w/ minimal fuss . After work "rush " can hardly compare to the more high profile gyms ...and that's exactly why I like it. I don't need a spa .
Small gym . Of all the 24's in the surrounding area it is the ugliest of all, makes you feel you are in a cave sometimes. 24 got this location as an strategic point to fill it's contract promise.
The classes here are awesome!!! Zumba , yoga , and training camp are one of my favs!!!! The staff is really friendly !!
Minimal fuss here - possibly the smallest 24 Hour Fitness in Houston. No lines , available parking , and empty locker rooms . Great for the price!
The after work rush is bad M-Th from about 5 to after 7. Classes after work are usually pretty full too.
The zumba class is awesome!!
Pretty convenient location n usually no wait time for machines..
