Some of the best drinks in Manhattan are served here with an amazing terrace/rooftop that overlooks Fifth Avenue . Definitely one of the secrets and gems of this lovely city ...right around the corner.
Sometimes you just want to feel fancy , and Salon de Ning - on the rooftop of the Peninsula Hotel - is the perfect spot to do it. The drinks are pricey but the view is incomparable and unforgettable.
If timed right it's a beautiful respite high above midtown. Near my office and I try to stop in for a cocktail Al fresco when weather allows. early evening usually fewer tourists
Remnants of old Shanghai glamour on Fifth Ave. As for the #drinks, the Ning Sling is nice but the boozy Blueberry is better. #cocktails http://michellec.tv
New York rooftop bar , Salon de Ning, features skyline views over Fifth Avenue , with two outdoor terraces complemented by an intimate interior bar .
Get the Hess 2010 Cabernet and find a seat at the balcony . Ask the server to turn on the heat next to your seat for you if it's freezing outside~
This intimate bar offers a terrific view over 5th Ave. and the Manhattan skyline. Drinks are a bit high but it is well worth the visit. http://bit.ly/1hscbwR
Small outdoor area unless you can snag a table - $26 drinks.
Always a good idea to reserve your table, though the views outdoors as standing-room-only worthy ????
On the 23rd floor of The Peninsula Hotel , this rooftop bar with chic 1930's Shanghai influence offers jaw-dropping views up and down Fifth Avenue .
Good views , decent drinks, perfect for dates and gatherings. There's a smoking area on the terrace
Different than other random rooftops . Perfect if you're looking to spend a cosy evening, with a good wine
Manhattan meets Shanghai in this stunning rooftop bar . This is the place to impress out-of-towners or that special someone. Drinks are EXPENSIVE…$24 a pop! But it’s worth it.
Secluded rooftop . Delicious free nuts and pricey drinks as expected
Awesome rooftop space with great selection of wines and charming 1920's Shanghai decor to admire.
My fav is the Cool As A Cucumber , perfectly fresh for the summer. Ask for it with cucumber extract, it's even better!
Gorgeous view to Central Park with a glimpse of Metropolitan Museum .
Great views while having a drink! The drink was ok and service could be a little warmer.
Beautifully designed rooftop terrace , great views of Midtown (especially in the evenings), and great drinks!
Hard to say I didn't like this spot, but I didn't. Great view of NYC. Cocktails are obscenely expensive . Bartenders play to the regulars. Crowd was NYC snobbish.
Fave for after work in warm months... excellent cocktail list , view + can smoke outside... drinks cost an arm+ leg

Beautiful rooftop to enjoy a drink(which is on the more expensive side)
Love this place , so quite , good music
pretend you're in gossip girl...or just appreciate the republican-era Shanghai design. Drinks are expensive but what did you expect? Look at that view !!
The rooftop is gorgeous! And the staff is great! They even helped me retrieving my phone!
Best roof top bar in NY, that is in my opinion!
Great view on terrace . A nice place to start ur day with coffee & smoothie ...
It's not affordable , but certainly luxury . NYC skyline from a bird eye's view . Read more
Good publicly available views (the Metropolitan Club has a phenomenal view of the same albeit pretentious ). $24 Dark n Stormy is atrocious given the terrible quality. Start here but go elsewhere. Fast
Nice views (the Metropolitan Club has a better view of the same albeit private & more pretentious ). But...$24 Dark n Stormy is atrocious given the TERRIBLE quality. Start here but go elsewhere. Fast.

Awesome roof top bar
Magnificent view ! #New York #5th avenue
$30 drinks, but very good looking after work crowd. Midtown at its best.
