Gorgeous hotel most probably the best in Dubai. Staying at the Lagoon villa 4 rooms + maid room. Butler service 24h. Stunning lagoon pool, private gym , food for all tastes. ????
A very nice hotel , the rooms are designed as per the old ottomans architecture . Their service is excellent as well , i would definitely recommend staying here.
This hotel is beautiful, really opulent but with a great chilled out atmosphere. The service is excellent, never have to fight for sun beds and the breakfast buffet is second to none.
It’s a fun place everything here is free like they gave you ice cream outside next to the pool and bottled iced water. Plus all the activities for kids and water sports .
Great hotel , very luxurious and spacious . Has one the top spas in Dubai. It’s further away in the palm, will take up to 25 min to get there in rush hour.
The all staff were kind, specially Ebrahim the shisha man very kind and helpfully in the restaurant outside front the lobby. The tube in the rooms is romantic beautiful, ????also the spa were perfect????

Outstanding hotel , the decor was very unique, bathtub is huge, it's far but you wouldn't want to leave anyway. You have to visit the spa while you're here!

Drinks, food, environment, friendly staff - all good things can be said about this place. Remote location is not a problem for us as we live next door.

Great hotel .. But I broke a glass this morning and came back later at night to find the room cleaned except the glass and drink was still at the same place I left it , had to call the manager
