Pre-booked breakfast was £5 per head. Deluxe room service very nice, like having muffins & chocolate truffles . Bit better than a pack of biscuits !

Great location pleasant staff good food just what you expect from Hilton. Rooms at the back have great views !

If you come between Feb- late September, dont forget to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The seagulls here go crazy between 3 am to 5:30 am or so.. they are sooo loud ..!!

Rooms are small but the location is great. Watch out for the parking advice though, if you use the short stay car park expect to pay a lot if you don't move your car by 8am the next day!

Currently being refurbished - but to a very high standard as far as I can see. Very helpful staff , and a perfect room. Expensive breakfast but worth it as a treat.

Went to a wine tasting event , which was fun. Hotel looks like a council swimming pool from the outside, but no Lucozade vending machines or flip flops to be seen.

No accessible HDMI port on the TV in the room. Parking : collect yellow disc when entering the NCP underneath the hotel and then present at hotel on checkout. £15 charge.

Friendly staff , clean and comfy

Hotel seems to have been returned since previous comments. Rooms are good, costa coffee in the cafe bar . Parking best at podium shopping centre

Check out the restaurant which offers an amazing menu and nice river views .

Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel as the locals seem to enjoy a nightly lash up resulting in large amounts of drunken noise around 3.30am every morning.

Not the best Hilton but also not the worst. Very close to all the attractions which is great though!

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca al río Avon y a unos pasos denla abadía y los baño a romanos . Al lago que da un supermercado muy conveniente. Y si quieres ir de compras las tiendas están a la vuelta.
