As for my experience of this hotel the location is excellent and the rooms I have stayed in are good but the service is not good for cleaning the rooms

The hotel is at the best location of London, very welcoming staff , rooms are clean and pleasant. Nice breakfast buffet , not sure it's worth 17£

No bath slippers, beds are not comfortable , the way to the rooms is extremely long and one lift for the hole hotel !! ..have been into a better hotel

My second stay in it, nice. Not a fan of hard beds but seems like my friends dig Thor beds. Breakfast good room sizes (ones I went to) kinda small but good location

The breakfast buffet opens at Saturdays/ Sundays at 7:00 am, rest of the week at 6:30 am, be early better, it gets busy! Same breakfast everyday! Good to avoid any morning hassle in looking after food

Location, location & location! Rest are very basic, a bit classic & old fashioned hotel . Walking distance to bus stations , shopping destinations & parks , good hotel & nearby coffee shops , good to stay

Basic rooms are very basic , very smelly. Would I stay again? No! Well only if I had a deluxe room . Staff are very happy to help and breakfast team very good.

Worst hotel ever in the check in no one took my luggage i waited too long to get them to my room ... the room smells really bad the bed sheets had yellow spot ..the room service is the worst ever

Something is wrong with the cleanleness and service. It was better 1 year ago. The location is briliant.

Avoid the inside view rooms, so dark & nothing to see outside! Also avoid rooms next to Elevators or Service/ Maintenance Staff Rooms.

The hotel is in a good location ...but rooms are average. rooms service under standard. I ordered a pizza and for 20 pounds I got a 1pound value meal. Not recommended. Rooms rates not matching value.
