My favorite electronic store !!! ????????????????????????

While best buy the company has an amazing customer service strategy and policies, the people at this one make it pretty well known that they do not want to help.

Great customer service. The guys I spoke with in the TV and computer departments were very helpful and funny.

One of the better Best Buy's in Durham.

Friendly and Informative staff , weekday was not busy, completed my purchase in less than 10 minutes.

I was met with really great service on my visit. Store is kept tidy.

Always buy the plan!!! It may cost you 50 but in the long run you will get a new one to replace it if it breaks!

Remember one rule when it comes to DVD shopping here - Recently Best Buy changed one detail. They only carry Blu-ray now.

No one works here anymore, used to be you couldn't sneeze without 3 to 5 people ready to help you. It's now a ghost town

Service here is absolutely terrible. The sound bar I wanted was on sale here, but the service was so bad that I went and paid the difference at Target. Service there was awesome.

Went here once and had a horrible experience. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS BEST BUY AGAIN. Go to Crabtree Best Buy instead.

Service is horrible here, managers sit and stare at you and then go back to chit chatting instead of helping you.
