Absolutely love the apple store, I'll call it organized chaos, as long as you have an appointment , you're good, and even if you don't they really go out of their way to be accomidating

Save yourself a trip and Make an appointment to see Genius Bar online. They aren't very accommodating to working you in if they are busy..even if you traveled 90 miles..especially if it is an easy fix

Grab the Apple Store app and make an appointment before you drive 40 minutes and can't do simple hardware swaps without one. Great service that's very much in demand!

This store reopened on February 15th, 2021, with a new design and in a new location, but no one bothered uploading the new storage portrait. Upvote if you think it's an improvement.

This store always smells like body odor. I like having a close Apple store but even making an appointment means you'll wait around for an hour waiting to get seen. Do it all online if possible.

I've had bad and slow customer service at this location at two distinct visits. I plan to travel to Raleigh Crabtree location if I need anything in the future.

Get the AppleCare on everything! It's worth the money!

Not a good place if u r in a hurry. I have been standing and watching two sales guys chatting with one person for ever while a bunch of customers are waiting to check out! Go to Crabtree instead!!!!

Don't waste your time and hard-earned money on this junk. Get an Ubuntu laptop and Android phones and tablet and do whatever you want with them.

Seriously, does anything really beat Apple customer care or their products? No.
