Great spa experience in the heart of Ballard! Friendly staff , amazing experience and the best products around to pamper yourself and those deserving people in your life!

Charming people; the facials , massages , and pedicures were all great. And definitely try the tea and sauna to relax further!

Scheduled an appointment last minute and received wonderful treatment from everyone. Got THE best blowout and style. My hair still feels awesome 6 days later.

What a bummer! Find fabulous new colorrist - all excited, hair looks great, then I get to check out counter at the end and tab is $100 more than quoted! $282 is TOO much for color and cut.

For an excellent cut by the top stylist , ask for Ross, Jennifer, or John! All are true professionals and outstanding!!!

Great Spa , but was surprised it wasn't handicap accessible . Spa is upstairs and no elevator.. luckily I managed fine with my crutches.

Spa is upstairs from salon. Hair was ok. Will stick to my salon. Felt like since I used a Groupon I got second rate service. Still tipped her well , but will not go again.
