A stones throw away from Grand Central station this is a great place to grab a quick bite or meet with friends for a beer . Some stalls have seats but for the most part it's communal seating .

Check out our quick guide to a cheap meal in one of New York's most famous food halls . Options include an original chicken sandwich , chips and cranberry soda from 3 different shops, all for under $16. Read more

This place gets packed but several spots like Red Hook or the Ramen place have counters; order there and camp out, send a friend to bring back samples from other artisanal stands. Sushi tacos yum.

Max Sklar

The Red Hook Lobster Pound is a bunch counter and bar with great service and no line compared to the other places. And there's no tradeoff in deliciousness either!

Amanda Rella

So many options!! Roberta's (pizza ), Amali Mou (Greek), Seamore's (fish tacos ), Ippudo (ramen ), Liquiteria (smoothies ), Ovenly (cookies ), Bangkok Bar (Thai), Korilla BBQ (Korean), Mr Bing (Chinese)...

What's Good Here

If there's no line at Delaney Chicken , make a bee line for it. Crispy & flavorful on the outside & incredibly succulent & juicy inside - perfectly done. One of the best things to order here.

Brett Petersel

This place is incredible. There are a lot of options to choose from, and I suggest you try them all.

Kimmie Ohh

These are just a few cuisines you could eat here: Indian food , Mexican food , Cajun food , Japanese food & Italian food . Come with a group of friends so you could try different types of foods.

dawn.in.newyork

Roberta's pizza is the reason why I come here. For a dessert , ovenly's chocolate truffle cookie is the perfect conclusion. Happy to be accessible to Brooklyn's deliciousness.

Awesome place..come at 3 or 4pm to avoid crowds. Hard times sundaes and Delaney Chicken are right n ft to each other and are 1a and 1b ...soooo good

Mike Friedlich

Double Cheeseburger with caramelized onions at Hard Times Sundaes is one of the best burgers I've had. The burger and the chicken sandwich at Delaney Chicken are the way to go

Alex Robertson

Delaney Chicken : sandwich is pretty hype. Yes, the staff is slow. The pickles are delicious and the chicken is so fresh and there's too much mayo . Worth a visit

Noah Weiss

Probably the best conglomeration of tasty food in NYC: Ippudo, Roberta's, Toby's, and Mr. Bing 's!

Adam Jiwan

This place has a lot of different options to chose from and they are all excellent choices. You really can't go wrong with getting any food here. The prices are a little high, but it is worth it.

Alex Hurst

Midtown has finally grown up! Trendy lunch spot with tons of options. My new faves - No. 7 Veggie , Delaney Chicken , La Palapa, among others.

Sophia Liu

Love this place and the shared space vibes. I'll stick out the crowd to try every vendor. Pictured shoyu broth Kuro-Obi by Ippudo NY.

Ashley Rose

best addition to Midtown East in a long time. Tons of great lunch and après work beverage options. Can't wait to try them all!

Fotoloco

this place is magic and pure NY, u got all the food options: burgers great donuts thai mexican japan chicken veggie ... all, u go to try it

Norah A

A modern foodcourt with a unique NYC touch.. Grab lunch there and before leaving take a coffee to-go from Toby's estate and a doughnut from Dough to go along with it

Floor B

Oh My God! Had the yummiest Dandan noodles of my life (and I am Chinese!). Price is average ($12 for dishes, $6-8 for beer )

funky flavor

Super hip trendy food court style. Very nice bites to grab and try some pizza at Roberta's while you are at it.

Curtis Shoung

very casual lunch spot that gets crazy crowded some days. best option for lunch in the area for people with different tastes. Roberta's pizza or the Thai spot are favs

What's Good Here

You're here. It's packed. What to order. If there's only a short line , head for Delaney Chicken . If you see a guy with the crazy hair, that's Daniel Delaney. Say Hi.

Gustavo Sandoval

Lots of different food choices: From Pizza and Gyros to Pretzels with Prosciutto . There is a coffee spot all the way in the back

Mike Friedlich

Delaney Chicken 's original fried chicken sandwich and Ovenly's salted vegan chocolate chip cookies are the way to go!

Avin Narasimhan

Amazing new lunch options in midtown east . Asia dog and Amali mou are two faves. Will be back everyday until I've tried them all

Arte Yescas

Food court style, many options and very cozy . TOBYS COFFEE : Strong coffee selections, normal prices, great customer service.

John A

Very hip little food court filled with local and alternative style food. Now that I found this gem.. Definitely going back to try the unique options.

DoubleDeuce

It's way too packed her during lunch hours if you're in a rush. But if you have a little bit of time, take advantage of the wonderful options...or come off peak and enjoy the variety (like me)!

Luke McGowan

Excellent food market with a wide range of choices. Robertas original pizza is amazing and beer on tap at mayhem sandwiches is of a high quality.

MrsCorkster

Great variety. Gluten-free options, barbecue , authentic Thai food and more. Like a food truck festival exploded in midtown east, with better seating.

Matthew Caldecutt

Try to go on the early side or you'll wind up on lines of folks in finance

Christoph

Whenever I am in nyc this food court is a must for me. Many choices. Great atmosphere.

J

I came here to get Dough doughnuts and I was impressed with the variety of good food restaurants all in one place! Definitely going back! ????

Ms Helene

Gourmet food court for best affordable eats near Grand Central-Toby's Estate coffee , Ovenly baked GF goods, Asian tacos etc

Cynthia Lin

Really great selection here! And way better arranged than Gansevoort Market and City Kitchen. Delaney fried chicken is really good and crispy !

Angelique Houtveen

Lots of options to get some taco . And I love taco's ????. Great to go here with friends that have different tastes in food.

Timelessnomad

Lots of veg/vegan options here! I miss the days when it first opened and the lines were short . Some places also serve breakfast too though. If your stuck waiting for your train @ grand central go here

John G

So many good eating options under a single roof, definitely worth fighting your way through the crowds from Park Ave.

What's Good Here

The fusion tacos at Takumi are more flavorful than the authentic Mexican tacos from La Palapa.

Jordan Payne

Its a bit expensive in this food court but the options are all great and its bursting with activity

Athonia Cappelli

Many vegan and vegetarian options are found here. Two Tablespoons is among them

Ayse D Ozturk

Lively and casual food court in central Manhattan . Thai basil rice bowl is seriously spicy !! Cool place.

Elvis Rodricks

Such a treat for midtown ... open on Sundays too! experience some good ethnic street food like Mr. Bings

Sonny Kwok

Oh man, this spot is such a nice little food court in the mid town food desert

Jason Brew

Exciting new food hall for the midtown lunch brigade. So far Bankok Bar , Roberta's & No. 7 Veg are highlights

Alex Robertson

I miss the unique bombast of Delaney Chicken but the (smaller, cheaper) sandwich at Bobwhite is pretty damn good as well

Christina Chin

Sigmunds hh is 4-9p and every drink u order you get a free pretzel . Cheddar truffle pretzel is yummy!

Bruce

Awesome place I love all the different venues I only been to 2 so far Ill be going to the others soon.

Sally Lait

Eat here rather than the much more generic Grand Central food court . Much more interesting options and better atmosphere.
