There is an indoor track and with this heat it comes in handy. But make sure you check which direction it is for the day. And ask the gym to keep it. They're remodeling soon, hopefully it doesn't go.
This gym has everything you need! Pick things up and put them down or do cardio in the cinema room!
You can go any time and not have to wait for equipment, but Tuesday after work is the busiest time.It's easy to hop down to Walmart after a workout.

Its very big and probably one of the best malls in Virginia! Its a great place for hanging out with your friends and stuff! I'm kinda sad they got rid of the second floor food court though - ꒰ ???? ꒱ ･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧
