There's a Juice bar next door that I tried for the first time today. They offer a great Post-Workout drink w/protein, Almond milk , ice, bananas for $2.75. Really good. Give it a try.

what a great place to exercise and watch tv or listen to your music at the same time not to mention they have tanning beds and massage chairs just wish they had daycare so i can go more often

Love this place. Their massage beds, beauty angel bed (red light therapy) and I get to work out . Great environment and great staff

The staff is very friendly and it's always clean . Love coming here!

I wish staff would keep a closer eye on the 30 min room. I hate it when people are hogging 1-2 machines, doing sets back & forth. So annoying! Go out on the floor if you want to do sets!

A massage after a strong workout is amazing! Changes the whole post workout feeling!!

Wipe down the machines when you're done! Damn! Nasty ass people sometimes.
