Hammer Strength iso-lateral machines in the free weights area makes this the choice of the FF gyms in the CBD.
Best thing is that it's empty on weekends and after 8pm.
Yvette is THE best Les Mills group fitness instructor at this gym . Sammy does a good Cycle class as well (brutal)
Great trainer watch out for Mike & Hetty they'll kick your ass into shape!!! Really quiet on the weekends too
If you want a great class with a great instructor try Monday afternoon body attack with Yvette .

I think this gym is great, fantastic instructors who really know their stuff.
Most extensive dumbell rack I've seen at any fitness first, but only 4 inclineable benches .... WTF?? Not the best platinum at all.
Kettlebells in the stretching area are a welcome addition

I wish I could avoid this place in January. Lunch time change rooms are the worst. Too crowded with fly-by-night gymers attending to pointless new year resolutions.

If you really want to have fun and work out at the same time go to the body combat class on Tuesdays at 6 pm. It's the best! - Agus
