It's not too quiet of a park , depending on nearby traffic. However it is a nice space on weekends, and the amphitheatre is cool for small shows or gatherings.
The burms are angled perfectly for a nap.

I'm not sure what makes this a park but I do love this block. Good fountain for cooling off in the summer and comes with its own Elephants for easy plaza snacks and drinks. - H. Colbert (@hrsch)
