The Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare

Meal was unreal. Portion sizes were good considering how many courses there were. Everything was cooked perfectly! Pretty cool how it’s at the back of a grocery store . 3 Michelin Star , very expensive .

Elegant space, delicious experience! Favorite dish - uni with black truffle , perch , scallops with white truffle and flan . Very different experience than the original location. Service-impeccable.

Ramirez tops sweet hokkaido uni with the earthy funk of black truffle in August, or the more ethereal musk of white truffle in December. ★★★★

I enjoyed trying things I had never had before but that being said I think you would have to have a very refined palate to enjoy this cuisine

Non worthy . Tasting menú with pairing at the top 10 restaurants is at least 50% cheaper. I came to celebrate my birthday, i Didnt even get something special, just the same dessert . Dissapointing

Try Uni toast , Kinmedai with ginger and turnip sauce & Frozen souffle

Sit at the counter. Enjoy the food. Go with the sake .

A5 wagyu , white truffle ice cream , black truffle with white cod

The best dinner I’ve had in my life. Period

Been here twice - memorable meal, although surprised no changes in the menu between the two visits. Painfully slow service. Too many desserts .
