Very cool close to the subway station . Friendly staff and very clean rooms .
2 min walk to Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station entrance. Also the Lufthansa Express Bus , has a stop outside the U-Bahn station, which is a lot quicker journey to/from the airport than taking a train .
Elevator was broken and water was spread around emergency staircase (I do not know the reasons why.... ). I think hotel facility is a bit older, even if IBIS is budget hotel brand in ACCOR.

Hôtel Accor mais qui n’est pas du tout au standard Ibis. Hôtel vieillot wifi dysfonctionne Petit déjeuner sans plus au niveau de l ’offre et trop plus en terme de prix … bref : à éviter
Mieses Barpersonal, Getränke dauern zu lange und Cocktails werden falsch gemischt! Absolut verbesserungswuerdig!!!
