Everything is good, take it from someone who's eaten around in SE Asia. The muah Chee and Lobak are personal faves.

Kaya toast , white coffee ftw. Special wings were great. Nasi lemak May be slightly adventurous if ur scared of anchovies . Maybe the beef or chicken curry instead ?

Ruby Anaya

Chicken wings with shrimp paste and half boiled eggs were simple and delicious. Kaya toast with coffee is also a must try.

Dustin Lee

Super nice staff and good food. Some of the dishes (like the stingray ) seem to be more mild than their counterpart in Malaysia/Singapore

Alexandra Fanning

Love love love everything here, Malaysian coffee + tea is fantastic, can’t go wrong with anything you choose

Lily

Bon Appétit (8/2018): Iced Milo Dinosaur drink, assam laksa , nasi lemak (anchovies dry-fried with peanuts and chili oil ), pulut panggang (sticky rice stuffed with dried shrimp ), sweet potato mochi .

Alex Robertson

Great menu that I’ll have to explore. Not as cute or stuffy as the old place but a great stop

Christina Chin

Lobak app was really good. Got toktok mee which was ok, but sauce was so salty by the end I couldn't finish the noodles . Order at cashier and seat yourself. Clean your table yourself!

Bon

I love this place but why doesn’t the half boiled soy sauce eggs come with plain toast like they do at toast box in Singapore?! ????

Ricardo Navamuel

Tasty Malaysian breakfast all day. Nasi Lemak and Kaya Butter Toast are both musts!

Lily

Another vote for the nesi lemak! The dinosaur drink is overrated but the Malaysian white coffee is mindbogglingly good.

Humberto Bastos

Everything I tried here is good. The menu is not extensive but worth trying! Small place but give it a try!

Jo

Pan Mee with anchovy broth is delicious

Nasi Lemak and Oh chien always unreal. Will have to come back again to try the rest of the menu.

Go for the cafe food and try avoid entrees as it's not what's best

It's quite a bit busier than the old place on Canal ...expect a wait.

Suzy Brooks

Great value and friendly team .

Perhaps I was unlucky but the pork belly noodles were just not that great. Overcooked noodles , chewy pork belly and one-dimensional seasoning.

Roger Ma

Legit nasi!
