Back in November. A guy worker. Gave me the wrong cable box . Went to the Highland Park location for an exchange. They weren't any better with a lady worker who shoots her big mouth off.
Customer device reps have been more than helpful every time I've had a problem.
I wonder how many people want to throw their broken cable boxes through the window when they get here?
