I received excellent customer service when I came here to get a MacBook Pro. I wish I could remember the employees name but he helped me and my dad for about an hour. Great experience

The Genius Bar must be sexist. My sig other goes in w/ an iPhone problem & they go out of the way to help. I go in w/ the SAME problem get told they can't help & I have to go to AT&T for a new phone .

Was an hour late for my Genius Bar appointment and they still managed to squeeze me in and constantly check in with me as I waited for a technician. Love the apple store experience.

Bigger than their previous location, nice employees, and usually pretty busy on weekends.

Repair costs are a racket. Charging $755 to replace a $95 part. Give me a break. I discovered I can order the part online and follow a walk-through to repair which I will certainly be doing instead.

Service is awful. I was 3 minutes late after a transatlantic flight so my appointment got canceled. I was given a new one. Now, when they are 20+ minutes late, that is fine, and they are soooo sorry.

It is always busy here. And it should be!

My tip don't buy any Apple product. Overpriced, service sucks, cheap !

Terrible customer service. The "genius" bar couldn't even help me sync music to my ipad.
