If you’re going to a London Show this hotel is ideally situated. Room was clean & adequate for my needs. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall to be recommended. I’d have no hesitation in staying again
It is economical & clean ,make sure u pay extra to get ac !We are here because it is an international volleyball tour hotel. The breakfast buffet needs real eggs add some vegetables to the choices .
It has a great central location close to many attractions . It can be a bit noisy sometimes but be sure to book double spacious and quiet rooms.
Great central location, rooms keep being updated. Staff friendly . Rooms can be a bit small but for the price its great. Regularly stay here.
Great location and price also access to the best gym facilities in central London but it was built as a youth hostel so rooms are small and the lifts get packed at peak times.
It is near Oxford Street and Soho, very centrally situated. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is relaxing.
Great location for a reasonable price but that's about it. Standard rooms are cramped and has no A/C. Wifi is slow and premium wifi is £5/day. Also the elevators are too few and extremely slow.
Certainly not a shithole now, in 2010! Small but clean and comfortable room , good value at £79 for double. Only gripe is cleaning staff banging on door every 5 mins from 8am - I need my kip!
Tiny but clean room . Excellent location. Really good wifi service.
Nice room, great location, a bar and 3 restaurants , cheap drinks and food. Staff not so happy to work here and no wi-fi.
You may find the room prices a bit high, but it's worth the location.
Excellent location.Near to everything!!!Value for money !
If you don't want to pay for WiFi , go to Garfunkel's around the corner and enjoy the free WiFi together with a breakfast half the price
Location is great.2mn to metro and very close to oxford streethotel is always full good price and clean..before coming select twins bedroom.because double queen bed is very small and room is not large
I stay week in/week out in this hotel , yes it is basic but so is the price and it is 30 seconds from Oxford street so what more do you want for £80 a night?
Central location near Oxford Street . However, it's a really old school hotel with old rooms - and there are way better options in the same area. Very touristy hotel .
Reception staff need to smile and at least pretend they like being there... Room was great. Clean , plently of space too!
Very good location BUT the rooms are very small with a very small window and a very small double bed. The room stank of cigarettes and there was still paper in the toilet . We only got towels for one.
Especially in school holidays get to breakfast before 8:30 otherwise there is a mental amount of people and you have to queue for everything
Your experience at this hotel will depend on whether you stay in a cheap (sub £100) room on in an executive room (£135). The cheap rooms are hot and noisy . The executive rooms are cool and quiet .
Perfect location, small but clean rooms
Rooms are a bit small, hotel has seen better days but lovely receptionist checked me in (Rachael G)
Great location, a lot of sites are within walking distance.
Nice and clean , polite staff and very central. Fine for the price!
Super Location, at a Super Price.
Looks like they're trying to do the place up. Don't forget to ask for a concession for parking .
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in London. The receptionist was so rude that I complained to the Manager. You have to pay for Wifi . You'll be better off by staying in another hotel .
Great location. No air on and when you open the windows, lots of street noise .
This time..room was not clean..bed was not comfortable .only location is great..a few mn by walking to soho and oxford str,.no air condition in rooms..in summer may be bad choice..no free wifi .
Hmm, for the first time in quite sometime, I have a hotel room, with a single bed! Must have been grand in the 1970's, but it is a soulless place now.
You get what you pay for, basically. Clean , no-nonsense, cheap and cheerful hotel in a central location. Handy access to the YMCA pool and gym next door.
Great restaurant separate from the hotel .
I've had a good experience here ! - good room, a bit cramped, but clean , everything I'd expect for a hotel at this price - I got a double room for 80 quid. Central London - what can you expect?
Very worn down, old hotel with an attached casino . Beds are tiny, bed covers and carpeting in rooms are disgusting. Mass breakfast free of love. The location is good though.
Nice clean hotel but verry small rooms .
Very best hotel
Great place to stay
Cheap . No shampoo provided. Small rooms .
Nice bar with nice food
ideal for good value accomodation in Central London Read more
Great for a Theatre Break - especially with "We Will Rock You" round the corner. Read more
Odadan fare cıktı?🐒
It's ok. The rooms are small but the location is central. Plus they have a pool.
Be ready to spend some time in line waiting to be checked in or out while rush hour
Our room and entire corridor smelled like the disgusting greasy "food" they serve for breakfast . The shower is so small that you can barely move, let alone bathe. Shower curtain too small to be of use
Location is good, all the rest is...
Quite noisy at night and extremely small bedrooms... Only positive point is location.
Single rooms are really, really small. I would not recommend this Hotel .
Don't come here! Over priced! Dirty , found a towel Inside toilet sit!Treatment with clients was bad! No smiling! No refund when u miss breakfast for 1 minute! Your hotel sucks! Girl from bar was nice
I've never stayed here
It's nice that you can sit at the bar without being bothered by the staff. Not so good if you want a drink - Deryck Harlick
Loved our stay- loved our room.. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home..Unfortantely lost wi-fi after we paid for 24 hours.. - Barbara Offord
Horrible choice of hotel. Dirty, low standard, noissy, the WiFi doesn't work properly, the shower smells terrible.... - She
So much to see. It is certainly worth going on a tour, so you can full appreciate what you are looking at! 🎨 - David James
Best place to shop at! You can really find anything you're looking for and for affordable prices! - Wijdan Turkistani
The view is just amazing...and the pictures you can make of London on it are fabulous too. - Sophie Gehlert
