The Der Caravan is such an awesome sandwich ! Their staff is amazing and knowledge . The Food is ALWAYS on point. I've been coming here for the past 16 years, and they've never let me down.

The beer selection is amazing and ever-changing. Try the Hebrew pilsner : not sure if it's kosher but it is amazing. No banana flavor but more hops than usual, more of a Czech style, but from USA

The beer selection second to none, particulalry with on tap Oktoberfest brews available in liters. Good food with both traditonal German and some great Americanized versions. Alt Red Baron is great

I had Sauerbraten , Spatzle , Red Cabbage , Kartoffelpuffer and Black Forest Cake . All was excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Had lots CV of leftovers to bring home.

Must get the Claytonius! Peanut butter , jelly , marshmallow fluff , nutella , and bacon on pumpernickel bread . It's amazing, but not on the menu , so ask for it by name: Claytonius!!!

The food is great here. They have a very unique "German" grocery store inside that has many different German delicacies to die for.

The food and beer are good. German fare w/ their own interpretation. Great if you need a German/Belgian beer fix. Have German bottles to go.

They have a great menu. And a wonderful selection in their shop.

The sandwiches were great. Service on the bar area was a little slow but would definitely recommend it.

Blaue Max on rye is an intensive flavor experience. Near as I can tell they use blue Stilton cheese in the dressing .

You haven't experienced Dunderbak's until you've tried their potato pancakes . This is a MUST!

If you don't like Apple Butter, too bad. God forbid you want to hold a conversation. This place was PACKED and when they started - the room cleared to two tables within minutes of them starting.
