Year-round views of Trafalgar Square ; they even give you blankets in winter. Bring a date and have a smoke without killing the romance. http://barchick.com/find-a-bar/london/vista-at-the-trafalgar

Bigger area than before, no cover charge .Staff downstairs phone up 2 check for space or you can book in advance.£8.50 for a pint of Peroni it's not a cheap night out but great view & food delicious!

Square Meal

Consider a Leila lavender martini , hot chilli woman (chilli and truffle vodkas , elderflower, lemon and vanilla syrup ) or umami – a sake-jito with plum vodka and lychees added for good measure.

The Rooftop

Complete with alfresco and canopy-covered seating, the sky-high space lends itself as a year-round experience. An open fire¬pla ce, heaters and blanket selection provide warmth through cooler months.

After some ups & downs in the last few years, feels like Vista is back on form. Great alternative to the more TOWIE-esque Radio rooftop nearby.

Mihnea Miculescu

Possibly the best summer rooftop in London. Always call ahead to check if it's open (no go if the weather isn't nice)! Also, try to get there before 4pm to avoid the £5 cover.

Lee Hart

book a reservation to enjoy this rooftop terrace , lovely cocktails with views over trafalgar square, great bar snacks are served too.

Wear a trilby and you’ll fit right in, and if you can get there before 4pm you'll avoid their very silly £5 cover charge (having said that it does keep the snap happy tourists away). Read more
