Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Area

Great hotel reasonably priced with shuttles to/from Disney parks . Great staff . Good restaurant . Kids eat free. Great pool!!! Workout facility not so great.

Great hotel . Paid $120 for a pool view room. Great deal. Walking distance from Downtown Disney. Great location. Staff is friendly and ok.

Very close to downtown Disney with 10-min walk. Shuttles to Disney parks are convenient but sometimes late, so not easy to manage time. Food in restaurant is good. Convenient stores is expensive .

Nice hotel , very conveniently located to Disney Springs, a short walk maybe 5 minutes. Shuffles to/from the parks as well .

First sorried not to have a room in an other hotel but then understood the quality and hospitality is not the thing you can buy with dollars !!! Great hotel , friendly staff all above my expectations.

Rooms pretty basic but really near to Disney Springs, about 10 min walk! Also includes transportation to the Disney parks and Disney springs after 6 pm. Enjoy the extra Magic hours!!

Place has ants in the rooms and very thin walls -- currently listening to country music from the room next door. Beds are comfortable , though, and staff is friendly .

Great hotel , service was top notch. Tip? The bellhops like to mess with the tourists :)

Nice location in walking distance of Disney Springs . A little pricey for a holiday inn , but you are paying for disney location.

We took the 90 minute timeshare tour . Just by going, it saved us $250 on tickets. Talk to the concierge !

Downtown Disney is only 10 mins walk from the hotel . Staff are very helpfull and friendly .

If you don't get reservations with Hilton directly then you don't get any Hilton Honors points at check-in. Be aware.

King guest rooms in the tower have glassed-in showers . If you need a bathtub, bok a double queen or a king in the wing section.

It's already probably too late if you're reading this, but I would recommend staying elsewhere. For the price, I'm not impressed. Beds have ditches in them, and the jacuzzi is broken.

Call the front desk if your ac is not working properly. Maintenance had to come and adjust the cold water on our AHU just so it was actually blowing cold air despite the controller being set to 60 F

Above is incorrect. I have a king room in the tower with a tub.

Don't expect your room to be ready if you arrive around 3pm and don't expect friendly service at the front desk.

Lemongrass shrimp with tempura avocado at the restaurant ...yum.

Don't buy salad from the vending machine!!!

The water in the jacuzzi is seriously HOT!
