Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area

Great place to stay. Right near Disney so if you don't feel like spending the money to stay at a Disney resort , this is the place to be!

Big Hotel , lots of facilities, close to the parks . free shuttles . Walkway to Disney Springs. Usual Hilton standards, a good base for Disney & Universal .

I guess I have not stayed at a Hilton in a long time, but this is the "ghettoest" Hilton I've stayed at. The only plus, across the street from Downtown Disney. This Hilton is very Holiday-Inn-Like.

The location, close Disney Sprins, is the best, but the rooms/bathrooms are old.

Nice hotel . Close to Disney Springs with a sky bridge crossing over the busy road . Room is a bit dated, but still nice. Have a pool side view that oversees Disney Spring and firework show .

A great in town weekend get away. One of the best Hilton deals for using points.

the staff is wonderful, service is excellent, they have an arcade , gym , and two pools! it's also really close to downtown disney! can you say winning?

You can walk to Disney Springs, take a shuttle to the theme parks or eat at Benihana onsite.

Great hotel to have a company meeting ...close to downtown Disney ... Make sure to negotiate internet charges for your meeting ... So overpriced

Nice hotel with upgrades but the bathrooms desperately need to be redone. Totally out of date.

Skip the hotel bar and walk to downtown Disney. House of Blues has an incredible happy hour . We got 4 margaritas there for the price of one at the hotel bar .

Get town cars instead of taxis (hotel surcharge on taxi rates if they call it or you). Cheap way to get into Orlando downtown - Lynx 50 bus , at the traffic lights before you cross to Downtown Disney

First stop on the Disney shuttle , so you can get a seat!

Use valet parking if you are going to come and go. You call them before you leave your room and poof your car is waiting at the door.

As mayor, I get benefits such as outrageous prices for coffee , and getting harassed by the time-share salespeople every time I enter the lobby. Amongst several other perks like 10$ internet.

Outside of the hotel looks like 1980s-ish but inside is modern

The only good here is the location, the hotel is terrible, they didn’t clean the rooms, everything is old and pretty beaten down, rooms are dark, unless you barely sleep here, don’t come

Very close to Downtown Disney. The rooms and the service are totally ok. But like in all other big hotels and the whole area there is no free internet.

This place is really nice. Our room is the size of an apartment . Just be prepared for everything to ridiculously expensive to the Nth degree. Example: a 16oz bottle of coke-cola cost $3.50 ($1.25).

Conference facilities were awesome!

Do not dare to order Room Service . The food is just awful! And if you (by chance) need a set of silverware it will take 40 minutes for them to bring it up.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly . Take the walk to downtown Disney for food and drinks because both are priced high at the hotel . Could have a better kiddy pool and should have free parking .

The morning pastries are sub-par, unless, of course, you enjoy dense pastries .

Room service was horrible. Took forever and they got my order wrong twice! You can tell the chef has no pride in their food.

Pillows from heaven...

Compared to other Hiltons, this place is a dump ! I'm highly suspicious that the sheets on both beds aren't clean .
