Wow. This place is incredible. Everything was absolutely mind blowing. I recommend the duck liver parfait , crab cacio e pepe (photo), pork blade, pink potatoes , ricotta . It’s a 11/10

Mixed feelings. The pork was incredible. The cuttlefish pasta was very good. However, the pâté was meh, came with very burned bread and the raw beef was pretty bland. Considering the price not great
