Bocca di Lupo's Chef Jacob Kennedy recreates classic Italian dishes from all over Italy—from Sicily to Piedmont and back—with true authenticity and at a very reasonable price.
Very good food, although I thought some of the pastas could've been better. Excellent service and atmosphere. Sit at the counter, and get the radish salad and lamb
Oh yes! If you fancy a bit of Rome in your everyday London life. It almost made me cry when I could finally have a suppli', a carciofo alla giudia and lamb alla scottadito all at the same time! Try it
A high end italian restaurant in the center of London. I had the orecchiette alle cime di rapa, they were exquisite. Good value for money . Often crowded , needs pre-booking.
Great Italian food ! Pumpkin ravioli savoury and sweet; radish salad is refreshing and lovely with truffle oil ; braised eef cheeks with chocolate and spices is very tender and rich.
Modern italian, great for food, fairly louds so keep that in mind. Wine selection from different parts of italy ????????all pastas were great. Try ricotta dessert !
I wanted to eat every single pasta dish on the menu. I ended up going with the tortellini on the fantastic waitress 's recommendation. It was fantastic. Speedy service. Nice wine list . Definitely go!
Solid Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho. Great cacio e pepe and tagliata. Good choice if you are looking for anti-Covid measures. Best gelato ever for dessert from sister gelateria Gelupo.
Lonely dishes, lots of fun to share. Favourite picks were bagna cauda, pappardelle with venison ragu and fried stuffed olives . Clementine sorbet also delicious!
The menu changes all the time but all the pasta is freshly made and delicious! The staff were so welcoming and very knowledgeable …
Sages leaves with anchovy fillets were beautiful. The sea bream carpaccio was tasty and fresh. Try one of the pasta dishes too. Same ppl as Gelupo Gelato so ice cream features on the dessert menu here
Great spot if you can get a table at the bar , especially for pre theatre food. Loved the caponata and crab spaghetti . A little pricey for what it is, but you are in theatre land.
Pumpkin and amaretto pasta with sage butter is sublime. If you order the calamari and white polenta , you simply have to eat the oranges it's served with. It's nearly the best part of the meal!
I'm perplexed why there are negative tips on this place. It's wonderful. Sit at the bar . Enjoy the atmosphere, nice staff and preparation spectacle. Oh and try the chocolate infused with pig blood!
Make a booking well ahead of time and sit at the bar in front of the kitchen. Not only is the food incredible but you can watch the chefs in action!
Arrive before 19h if you don't have a reservation , and get seated at the "counter". That way you'll be able to regret what you've ordered everytime they do a new plate: everything looks delicious!
I am glad that they aren't afraid of putting tripe in the menu. Pigeon, porchetta , lobster are all delicious. Don't miss the mini ice cream .
Have dinner at the bar , by the kitchen, see every dish being made right in front of you. Pick the best ones and pair them with great wine ! Totally awesome! --alex
Enjoyed our visit. Service was a little hectic as Friday night and very busy.
Order whatever your waiter recommends! I was able to get a bar seat to solo dine and it was great. Half size pastas meant I could order 2!
Great, good quality Italian food . If you are going to a play nearby, I would recommend eating here before the play, as it is close, and easy.
Fantastic food and beautiful place. Portions could be slightly bigger considering the price, but then again you do get things you can't get at your average Italian restaurant .
The entire menu is devoted to small-plate dining which means it keeps getting pigeon-holed as "Italian Tapas ". Try the luganega, a thin Venetian sausage with nutmeg , cinnamon and clove . Read more
This is terrific modern regional Italian cooking in a truly fizzing restaurant that helped popularise many current fads including the eating bar and the queue. Read more
High quality Italian food at a great price. Need to try more things here!
The chilli salami & burned sege butter were the best. But the sides and entree were average. Great atmosphere & friendly service (the staff went to the nearby bar to get us when our table was ready!)
Just discovered this tiny little place. It's one of the best spots in London. Every dish is exquisite. The caamari & crayfish are the best. (But then, so's everything else.)
Delicious tapas although the portions are on the small side. The place was buzzing when we visited. Has weird acoustics , making it difficult to talk over meal.
come early and snag yourself a portion of suckling pig w. grapes . or reserve a portion with your table. (it sells out really fast every day)... just make sure you leave a portion for me!
Great Italian restaurant . Ricotta is excellent as well as the goat burratta. 8/10
Excellent service and great vide. Must book in advance. Carpaccio , artichoke , and sausage were the standouts.
Wanted to love it. Good fried balls (trust me) pasta was a highlight, but grilled sardines , sausage , and duck major disappointments. Counter is lovely and waiter recommended a delicious bottle wine .
Worth visiting once. Open kitchen . Quite nice tortellini , risotto and desserts . Espresso gelato was very good.
Very trendy place . Staff is very kind and welcoming. But in all honesty, food is not so amazing. You'll find better places in London with really stunning italian food .
If you are a in a group of four or five you should ask for a recommendation and try a bit of everything. Amazing food!!!
One if the best when on form but have had some misses. High on the list of Italian best in London.
Fun atmosphere and unusual food pairings - definitely recommend!
Rigatoni con la pajata - milk fed lamb 's intestines braised with tomato
Pricey , but worth it! Come here for a special occasion or date! Try the cuttlefish and white polenta !
They have an amazing private room downstairs. Perfect for dinner on a very special occasion .
Italian tapas - ruled by the sage-wrapped anchovies . One of London's finest spots - sit at the bar !
Order small portions so you can try lots of plates over 3-4 courses. The small plates are decent size and half the price of large plates.
Italian tapas and wine ❤️ Hake and gnocchi with ragu were amazing!
Risotto , arthichoke a la guidia, spaghetti , potato , Green beans & wild garlic pesto
Gorgeous Italian tapas . You'll need 2-3 small plates each. Cuttlefish risotto is highly, highly recommended.
Follow your heart and choose multiple appetisers and a main. Taste orgasm is guaranteed!
Nice 'small dishes' italian restaurant where you can try many things for an affordable price .
Ravioli with walnuts
Great Italian food . Lovely atmosphere. Not bad value.
Nothing to say about the food that is a successful take on the Italian classics . I was disappointed by how they try to get rid of us after only 1 hour and taken aback by their cleaning methods.
The clove club team did not disappoint - amazing italian food and do not miss the parmesan fries! - Angela Liu
Phenomenal food, wine, and service. Foccacia, soft cheese, all the pastas, fish. Fantastic showing - AmateurConcierge
This place is the bomb. Had the yogurt with bee pollen and saffron vanilla. Delish! - @JaumePrimero
History has been made here!! You must visit Piccadily Circus. Lovely weather, very social spot with nice selection of Cafés - Ahmed Abdullah
Loved the theatre, seats are comfy and the entertainment is amazing! - MiKoy
