Said they had an item I wanted online for in store pickup. I drive an hour to the store and they couldn't find it!!! Who has time to be driving Around looking for stuff they don't clearly have!!!!!

12/18/11 went to buy a hard drive that was mis-priced and Robert C. (operations "manager") would not honor the mistake, with two rows of shelved drives mis-priced and was an a$$hole about it.

Don't know what the "dress like you have gobbs of cash " comment is about. Bestbuy isn't on commission so your money doesn't change anything about getting helped or not.

It's hard for me to walk in here cuz I want everything!!!
