Beautiful views , a reasonable price for Sunday brunch , and a large variety. Salmon was the best!

Outside patio looked kind of cheap . Plastic chairs and not to fancy . Food was great though! The waitress was awesome too!

Happy Hour starts at 4:00. Three dollar appetizers .Sit in the upstairs bar & watch the boats moving through the harbor .

Wife and I ptried Newport Landing, no one was at front desk to seat us for several minutes. Once finally seated, no waiter for another several minutes. Place reeked of urine. We left due to stench.

Good view on the patio . Average food.
