Nice property with good on-site dining and renovated rooms . Customer service however leaves much to be desired. Shady booking and room inventory practices from hourly associates and manager. 👎
THEY GET IT! Customer Service was FANTASTIC! ~ The employees actually seem happy and want to be there, After 43 Marriott stays this year, COS is the top of my favorite list!

The layout is quite sprawling and difficult to navigate, but the indoor and outdoor pools are great, as is the hotel bar, Rick's. I stayed here a week upon moving to Colorado Springs. Thumbs up! - Harley Acres
