The PRC Cashier Section is located in front of the Main Building, beside the Food Court , near the flag pole, in Windows 33 to 36.

For license renewal, bring 1)old ID, 2)colored passport size photo w/ white background & name tag. madaming rush ID sa tapat ng PRC. ask for a renewal slip from the guard at the entrance/ Window Q.

Fast service . Impressed. 1-1 1/2 processing time, from filling up of renewal slip at customer service center, filing at W17, a little waiting, payment at W33-36 to releasing of ID card at W17 again.

For those who will file their application for board exams for the first time please make sure that you will file online before proceeding to the next steps.

I am surprised that it only took me almost 3 hours to renew my license . I think it is more organized . A lot more room for those waiting would be more wonderful.

You can never ask the employees as if you're dumb with the instructions. The process is disorganized & instructions posted on windows are misleading. PS, you are serving Professionals. Act as one.

June is usually the busiest month at PRC Manila because of the LET and Maritime Exam takers. Come as early as possible.

If you come in before 1 you can get renewal and pickup within the day, you just have to wait it out.

Their process needs improvement, their building needs renovation, but they make do with what they have.

Fast ID service is suspended but ID can be claimed after 2 working days. Relatively faster than the usual waiting time of 2 weeks or more.

They stop operations every first friday of the month from 12nn to 1pm for a Catholic mass :/ totally inappropriate, in my opinion.
