Fall in line at Mimosa entrance of the mall very early. Get a line and batch no. Once at basement , get the nearest row to the entrance. Be extra patient as this is an excrutiating waiting game 

If you didn't have the chance to do the first step online, come in EARLY. Bring a bottle of water if u don't wanna get dehydrated. Get your nasal receptors ready. And, oh, they don't have wifi .

Good to know they're taking use of technology. Do fill up an online app form. You'll go directly to payments. No number needed. Line is much shorter than walk in.

Went here by 3pm. Not crowded . Faster processing for Online applicants . Tip: For Payment Online, you may proceed to payment via Bayad Center & let it issue you a Reference Number and pay it here. :)

Got my NBI clearance in an hour. Just go early, bring 2 valid IDs or your NSO birthcert, don't wear slippers , shorts or sleeveless tops, hope you have no namesake, and you'll be done quickly! :)

Lots of people already...have to hand it to the NBI staff who comes in super early to accommodate the people. This is really upper management fault, they should be the ones here sacrificing rest

best to secure online application . Once you have your application form printed , proceed immediately to Step 3 (payment), then go to the 3rd floor for biometrics. Mine took 2.5 hrs

Took me only an hour! Do it online. Saves you the hassle! You'll be skipping steps 1&2. Payment, photo then biometrics. After that, pray to the Gods you don't have a hit!lol

It's better to go to their website for the online application and then fill up the form, so you won't need to fall in *long* line for the Data Check at their office .

The line for clearance is outrageously long! Go through the e-clearance channel and you'll be done in 5 mins tops! Log on to nbi-online.com for e-clearance application.

better do the online application.. less hassle.. less falling in line ... wear shoes , pants and blouse or shirt .. slippers , sandals, shorts and sleeveless not allowed.. bring your own black pen ...

For MEN: Wear jeans/slacks. They DO NOT ALLOW shorts . Had to go back home just to change. There's people floating around outside that let's you rent jeans but for a ridiculous price. Come early.

Some personnel from the Biometrics Section will ask you random questions about yourself (e.g. birthday, parent's name, etc.) I think they're doing this to avoid fraud applications

Done in an hour. And this is considered fast? Soooo different from the time-frame posted at the entrance. Apply at a provincial or satellite office if possible. Avoid the hassle.

For female applicants: please avoid wearing shorts inside the nbi building otherwise you may spend a more or less a hundred bucks for renting or purchasing a "leggings" or pants

MAG-INGAT sa mga sidecar boys na nananaga. Sasabihin 40 pero pag baba ninyo sasabihin nilang 40 ang isa, you would end up paying 40 each to avoid an argument. Better take a cab with 40 flag down rate.

I just wonder they expect people to wear decent outfit when the place itself is not. Anyway, my tip is to go with someone who would cover them at the restroom coz 2 of the cubicles doesnt have doors.
