Park at the Ayala Triangle Garden Parking Lot to minimize the hassle in parallel (expensive & time-sensitive) parking at the side street at the back of the Atrium, & of you don't mind a short walk.

From bagong ilog ride an fx going ayala and ask the driver to drop you off near atrium. You'll walk very little plus you only rode once and still fresh :))

They are pretty organized compared to other government offices i've been. But get there early because the queue can be sometimes be suuuuuper long.

Bring 1x1 ID pic so that you can have you TIN laminated once you claim it. To avoid long queue, go there around 8-9am midweek (wednesday).

When updating your 1905 make sure you have 2 copies so you don't need to queue in line again.

Get a CD as soon as you arrive, for queueing purposes.

Street Parking @ the back of the building for Php40 for 2hrs only! Expensive!!!

No signages or directions to point you where to go for a particular transaction.. Be prepared to do a lot of asking and guessing!Hate the service...oh!there's no service at all..

Don't forget to get a numbrr in the front counter

There are only 2 counters but they're very efficient compared to the one in pasig .

Super tagal lalo na sa special lane.30mins nang hindi gumagalaw. Kung hindi pa pupunahin hindi pa aandar ang pila. Para saan pa number system kung hinahayaan lang nung nasa counter na mag pasingit.
