One of the few hotels where booking at another site creates an issue of conflicting reservations . Call ahead and confirm that the style of room you booked matches reservations not made on their site.
They have video checkout and still-in-theater movies on TV here, but sub-par fast forward and rewind. So you can pause a movie but it's inconvenient to re-watch it.
Ask for a balcony king. While there's not enough room to sit down, you'll be facing the sunrise in the morning. You can literally watch it from bed but you get better photos & a river glimpse outside.
Though the service in room service is sometimes sketchy , from 6:30 am to 11 pm, they DO have it, and the food is good though they nickel & dime you.
All suites is nice — Club lounge is good for free breakfast and happy hour snacks . Parking is pricey though ($32)
Nice sunrise. Even better from balcony king rooms facing East on floors 7 or above.
Location, comfortable (if a bit dated) rooms, very nice staff .
Gratuity is already added to your bill In Addition to service & delivery charges at the rate of 15%. Alert the server of your awareness & add another 5% if you're so inclined to kick it up a notch.

Club lounge is supposed to be open until 10am, but you better show up before 9:30 if you want something. Everything is put away by 9:45. If you complain at the front desk, they will comp breakfast .
There are two Sheratons in the area. Make sure you get the right airport shuttle and don't trust the shuttle driver!
Room service in the book doesn't quite match reality. Example: room service sometimes closes at 10 pm though it clearly says 11. Place order by 9:30 to be safe. Read the menu carefully. Ask questions.
When you come here you got to slide into those nice soft twink beds it's to die for darling .
TV takes a few seconds to turn on. One in the bedroom, another in the separate living room.
Order Too much food? There's both a refrigerator and microwave, though the refrigerator is not quite cold.
That ATT wireless mentioned in previous tip costs about $11 a day. No bargain.
Lots of Carpet Fresh does not constitute a renovation....
Theres a soda fountain in the concierge lounge
Shuttle to the airport is 'always' free! #makemoves! #dwidlidwidi!
Don't use their airport parking service for locals. Shuttle is unreliable. We waited for 50 minutes.
Parking is a rip off...$22/day
Don't stay here if you have an early flight. There is no early shuttle
The hotel itself is pretty nice but the service is not very good.
Disappointed. Hotel was showing some wear and tear and the room smelled of mildew
